investigation by Virginia for the 1500. payday loan, refusing any payment

I was not given all the specifics on this loan, my fault as well, but was told it was much better than the 500. biweekly I was using. It is not. How can a payday loan be over 300. per month interest only? And, your company refusing any payment if not the correct amount as well as the late fee and would not accept any payment if the past due including late payment was not paid first and then full amount for the payment due. The Commonwealth is investigating this. Thought you would like to know. And I am an advocate of the misuse of this new bill by the Commonwealth.
