As with many online payday lenders, you can never find a physical address. Plus, there was a 3-month period where they were "off-line." That meant to ACH payments or withdrawals were made. Not sure they are legally compliant with US laws regarding these types of businesses. Also, customer service was often very difficult to reach.

It does take some time to set up your account with Paycheck Today but after that it's all smooth sailing. I had no issues getting my loan for $1000.
